A Di Tella index shows that confidence in the government has hit an all-time low

The Buenos Aires Herald reported that the Government Confidence Index compiled by the Torcuato Di Tella University School of Government hit its lowest level in September since Javier Milei took office: 1.94 points out of 5, representing a monthly decline of 5.9%. The average for the entire administration also hit a low of 2.34 points.
The survey, which has been conducted monthly since 2001, measures five dimensions, all of which declined compared to August. The sharpest declines were seen in public interest and the overall evaluation of the government; honesty, problem-solving ability, and efficiency also declined. When compared to other administrations at the same stage of their terms, the current figure is below that of Néstor Kirchner but above those of Cristina Kirchner, Mauricio Macri, and Alberto Fernández.
